At Chosen Notary Professionals, we value your business and strive to provide excellent service. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before booking.
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
✔ Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
✔ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
✔ If you miss your appointment (no-show), the full service fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
✔ Notary & Loan Signing Services: Once a notarization has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
✔ Remote Online Notarization (RON): If technical issues prevent completion of the notarization, we will reschedule at no extra charge.
✔ Coaching & Business Development Services: Refunds are not available once the session has been provided. If you are unable to attend, we will offer one free reschedule.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- A payment was accidentally charged multiple times.
- A technical error on our end prevents service completion.
