1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
✔ Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
✔ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
✔ If you miss your appointment (no-show), the full service fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
✔ Notary & Loan Signing Services: Once a notarization has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
✔ Remote Online Notarization (RON): If technical issues prevent completion of the notarization, we will reschedule at no extra charge.
✔ Coaching & Business Development Services: Refunds are not available once the session has been provided. If you are unable to attend, we will offer one free reschedule.
